If you run a restaurant, café or bar, short vertical video is how most new customers now see your food before they walk in. I film and edit reels for independent venues in London, and I do the whole job myself: planning, shooting, editing and delivery. I am Obi Spencer, based in West Hampstead.

What a reel shoot covers
I come to your venue and film the things that make it look like you: the dishes coming out, the pour, the people behind the counter and the feel of the room at the time of day you want to be known for. I plan the day around your service, so you carry on trading.
- Kit. I shoot in 6K 60fps N-Log, which gives clean slow motion and room to grade the footage.
- Edit. Vertical reels cut for TikTok and Instagram, with captions.
- Changes. Two rounds of changes on every package.
- Delivery. Within 5 days.

- You want to try reels, or you post once or twice a week: Reel Starter, 4 reels from a half day.
- You want a month or more of content from one visit: Content Day, 8 reels from a full day.
- You want fresh reels all the time: the monthly retainer, with 10, 15 or 20 reels a month, no minimum term and 28 days’ notice.
- You need one film for your website or an opening: a brand film from £2,500.

How many reels do I get from one day?
A half-day Reel Starter shoot gives you 4 edited vertical reels. A full-day Content Day gives you 8. The monthly retainer is 10, 15 or 20 reels a month.
How much does a restaurant videographer cost in London?
Reel Starter is from £1,100 and Content Day from £1,950. Monthly reels are £2,250 for 10 reels, £3,150 for 15 or £3,900 for 20, and a brand film is from £2,500. Prices are the same for every client.
Who posts the reels?
The reels are edited with captions and delivered ready to post, so you can post them yourself. If you would rather not, my social media management plans, from £950 a month, include me managing the posting.
What do I need to prepare?
Tell me what the reels are for and which dishes, drinks and moments you want in them. I plan the shoot around your service so it is not in the way.
Do the videos include music?
Where music is included, I license tracks only through royalty-free music platforms.
