Terms of Service

Ownership. OHBE owns raw footage; client owns exported assets for named platforms. Off-platform usage (OOH/print/TV) requires a separate license.

Scheduling. Weather reschedules free and unlimited. Cancellations <48h incur £250 fee.

Payments. Monthly upfront. 12-hour grace; 5% late fee per 7 days overdue.

Term. 1/3/6/12-month options; 28-day notice. Early termination fee 50% of remaining term on fixed contracts. Rolling 30-day has no early termination fee.

Music. Client-supplied tracks must include proof of license. Otherwise we use licensed libraries.

Community. Replies are sent as the client’s brand within agreed SLAs.
